As we have previously noted, in early June the SEC formally unveiled its money market reform proposal. The SEC has now launched a new page on its website for all things related to its money market fund reform. The web page, unveiled this week, gives visitors information on regulatory actions that led to the 2010 reforms and the reform proposal announced earlier in June. The page also includes links to industry comments on the current proposal as well as prior money market reform releases, information for investors, and information from the President’s Working Group Report on Money Market Reform.
