On Wednesday, January 8 at 2:00 pm Eastern, the Forum will host a webinar discussion of the recent research by the Office of Financial Research within the Treasury Department. The study contains “an analysis of how asset management firms and the activities in which they engage can introduce vulnerabilities that could pose, amplify, or transmit threats to financial stability.” Robert Plaze, currently with the Strook law firm, and formerly Deputy Director of the Division of Investment Management of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, will discuss the report.
