The Forum has launched an online database to help link fund boards with qualified independent director candidates. The database contains a collection of resumes and background information from potential candidates, and is designed to help US mutual fund boards identify qualified candidates to fill board positions.
“We’re very excited to offer this new service, helping to match fund boards with high-quality candidates,” said Susan Ferris Wyderko, President & CEO of the Forum. “As more boards have approached us for help in identifying talented, dedicated prospective board members, we felt the time was right to formalize the process and make it available online.”
