The Mutual Fund Directors Forum has announced that it has elected Andrew J. "Buddy" Donohue to its Board of Directors. Mr. Donohue served as Director of the Security and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management from 2006 to 2010, and is now a partner at the law firm of Morgan Lewis. Prior to joining the SEC, Mr. Donohue served as global general counsel for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and as executive vice president, general counsel, director, and member of the executive committee for OppenheimerFunds, Inc.
